2 Delivery Options

1. Standard Delivery which is 9 AM to 5 PM AST (Arabian Standard Time)
2. Special Delivery is where you specify the time you want for an additional fee
   A. For same day Special Delivery your order must be received by 11 AM
   B. Please indicate your special delivery timing in the Order Comment Box (at the end of the order process)

Same Day Delivery

Saturday - Thursday
To assure same day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 PM AST. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day, however we will
make every attempt to deliver same day.

Friday Delivery

To assure a Friday delivery, orders must be received before 4:00 PM AST on Thursday. Orders received after that time will be delivered on Saturday.

Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not home we will
   A. Leave a "While You Were Out" card asking the recipient to call us to arrange a convenient time for their delivery
   B. If we have not heard from the recipient by the next day we will follow-up with a telephone call
