Sizing Options

At Upscale & Posh the Standard Arrangement is as shown in the picture.

The Upscale Arrangement is designed to look like the original arrangement with a $15.00 upgrade of either more flowers of the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.

The Posh Arrangement is designed to look like the original arrangement with a $30.00 upgrade of either more flowers of the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.

Vases

If an arrangement is shown with a vase then the price includes the vase.

Substitution Policy

Flower Substitution Policy

If your arrangement calls for a bloom we find to be below standard at the market on that given day, we will substitute it with one of the same character, quality, and color so that your arrangement is made of only the finest and freshest flowers.

Accessory Substitution Policy

Vases, Baskets, etc. may vary. The exact accessory shown on the product image is not guaranteed and depends upon availability. The gift will not change but the accessory may vary in color, shape, etc. If a substitution is required one of equal value & style will be substituted in its place.

Delivery Policy & Fees

UpScale & Posh only delivers within the UAE 7 days a week.

Delivery Options

1. Standard Delivery which is 9 AM to 7 PM AST (Arabian Standard Time)
2. Special Delivery is where you specify the time you want for an additional fee
   A. For same day Special Delivery your order must be received by 11 AM
   B. Please indicate your special delivery timing in the Order Comment Box (at the end of the order process) 

Same Day Delivery (Saturday - Thursday)

To assure same day delivery, orders must be received before 15:00 PM AST. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day, however we will make every attempt to deliver same day.

Friday Delivery

To assure a Friday delivery, orders must be received before 15:00 PM AST on Thursday. Orders received after that time will be delivered on Saturday.

Unable to Deliver

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery we will either:

1. For residential deliveries, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave "A While You Were Out" card asking them to call Upscale & Posh to schedule the delivery. If they have spoken to the recipient and have been instructed by them to leave with a neighbor or reception they will do so. If we have not heard from them by the next morning we will attempt to make contact via telephone call and text messaging. 

2. For business deliveries, if the delivery is not within normal business timings we will make the delivery on the next business day. 

Please note: Upscale & Posh will make every attempt to do the delivery without contacting the recipient. However, if we are experiencing difficulties with the delivery we may have to contact them.

Payment Options

Upscale & Posh has 3 Payment Options to meet everyones payment requirements.

1. Credit Card Payment  Processing is done through a secure payment gateway by one of the largest Payment Gateway Companies in the U.S.A. "2checkout."  Please note on your credit card statement charge will appear as 2checkout and not Upscale & Posh.

2. Cash Pick-up  Is available within the Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman only. There is a $6.95 fee for the pick-up service. Once you have processed your order you will receive an email to coordinate the cash pick-up. However, if the Cash Pick-up and Delivery is the same location there will be no Cash Pick-up fee. Please note the delivery cannot be made until the full payment is received.

3. Western Union Wire  Is available for customers within the UAE and Internationally. To insure a timely delivery please follow the the Western Union Cash Wiring Instructions below.

Once the wire transfer has been made please send Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) via email to tiffany@upscaleandposh.com or send a text message to 971-055-542-8640. Please note the delivery cannot be made until the full payment is received.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes 

If there any changes to your order such as delivery date, delivery location, card message, etc., please email any changes to customerservice@upscaleandposh.com referencing your order number and the changes you wish to make.

Cancellation Policy

(1) For a Full 100% Refund the cancellation must be made before 2:00 P.M. Arabian Standard time the day prior to scheduled delivery.

(2) If the cancellation is received after 2:00 P.M. Arabian Standard time a 50% refund will issued.

(3) If your gift is en route on delivery day or has been delivered we will be unable to Cancel or Refund the order.
