Sizing Options

At Upscale & Posh the Standard Arrangement is as shown in the picture.

The Upscale Arrangement is designed to look like the original arrangement with a $15.00 upgrade of either more flowers of the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.

The Posh Arrangement is designed to look like the original arrangement with a $30.00 upgrade of either more flowers of the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.

Vases

If an arrangement is shown with a vase then the price includes the vase. If the particular vase shown in the picture is not available one of equal value and style will substituted in its place. 

Substitution Policy

If your arrangement calls for a bloom we find to be below standard at the market on that given day, we will substitute it with one of the same character, quality, and color so that your arrangement is made of only the finest and freshest flowers.

Deliveries

Delivery Timings

UpScale & Posh only delivers within the UAE 7 days a week. We have 2 methods of delivery Standard Delivery and Special Delivery.

Our Standard Delivery timings are 9AM - 5PM AST (Arabian Standard Time) Saturday through Friday.

For Special Delivery timings you specify what time you want your delivery made for an added fee. If the order is the for the same day and is a special delivery the order must be completed by 2PM AST (Arabian Standard Time). If you opt for the special delivery please indicate your desired timing in the Order Comment box just prior to selecting your payment method.

Same Day Delivery - For an order to have same day delivery it must be completed by 2PM AST (Arabian Standard Time). However, if time and scheduling permits we will make every effort for the same day delivery.

Friday Delivery - For an order to be delivered on Friday it must be completed by 3PM AST (Arabian Standard Time) on Thursday.

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery we will either

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave "A While You Were Out" card asking them to call Upscale & Posh to schedule the delivery. If they have spoken to the recipient and have been instructed by them to leave with a neighbor or reception they will do so. If we have not heard from them by the next morning we will attempt to make contact via telephone call and text messaging. 

For business deliveries, if the delivery is not within normal business timings we will make the delivery on the next business day. 

Please note: Upscale & Posh will make every attempt to do the delivery without contacting the recipient. However, if we are experiencing difficulties with the delivery we may have to contact them. 

Delivery Charges

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman Standard Delivery Fee $9.95

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman Special Delivery Fee $29.95

All other Emirates Standard Delivery Fee is $19.95

All other Emirates Special Delivery Fee $29.95

Payment Options

Upscale & Posh has 3 payment options to meet everyones payment requirements.

Credit Card processing is done through our secure payment gateway company 2checkout located in the USA. Please note on your credit card statement charge will appear as 2checkout and not Upscale & Posh.

Cash Pick-up is available within the UAE only. There is a $6.95 fee for the pick-up service. Once you have processed your order you will receive an email to coordinate the cash pick-up. Please note the delivery cannot be made until the full payment is received.

Western Union Wire is available for customers within the UAE and outside as well. Once you have processed your order you will receive an email with the wiring instructions. Please note the delivery cannot be made until the full payment is received.

Changes/Cancellations

If there any changes to your order such as delivery date, delivery location, card message, etc., please email any changes to customerservice@upscaleandposh.com referencing your order number and the changes you wish to make.

We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, once your order is en route or already delivered we are unable to cancel your order.
